1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle berries, rosemary leaves, and simple syrup.
2. Add lemon juice and ice and shake vigorously, covered, for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
4. Top with tonic or sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Cucumber, Lime, and Mint Gimlet
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours to infuse flavors.
2. Shake with ice and serve in a rocks glass over crushed ice.
3. Garnish with fresh mint and rolled cucumber slices.
Pink Passion Mocktini
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours to infuse flavors.
2. Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass rimmed with crushed freeze-dried strawberries and garnished with a dried hibiscus flower.
